BELARUS VISA INFORMATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURES

You must mail us:

1. YOUR PASSPORT (with at least 1 blank visa-designated pages. Passport must be valid for at least 90 days after visa expires).

2. One passport-size PHOTOGRAPH.

3. MEDICAL INSURANCE VALID IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS (should meet following requirements: proof on insurance must contain the name and address of the foreign insurance company, phone number of the foreign insurance company or of the international assistance company, the full name of the foreign citizen; The territorial validity should include the Republic of Belarus; Medical insurance must be valid for the period of the travel or temporary residence in the Republic of Belarus; Minimum limit of responsibility of the medical insurance must be 10 000 Euro.
